Revere, Lynn, Everett and Chelsea top the list of 33 communities that will be the focus of new efforts to stop the spread.

The governor said Massachusetts currently does not have plans to halt or pause its reopening process.

The order includes $500-per-day fines for people who do not comply with the requirement.

Baker said climate change will continue to create environmental issues like the problems with flooding at the Assawompset Pond complex and make mitigation planning increasingly important.

The governor also said he and others are concerned about “a very significant increase in daily reporting requirements” that federal officials are requesting.

The funds will be distributed to 32 residential school providers throughout Massachusetts.
