About the Episode
Staff Sergeant Joseph Beimfohr spent nine years in the United States Army serving as a cavalry scout. In 2005, he was severely injured by an improvised explosive device in Iraq. Having been in his Homes for Our Troops home for almost two years, Beimfohr has the physical, emotional and financial freedom to explore his newest passion: adaptive sports.
