As president, his latest budget proposal would slash both those policies. We talked to Medical Ethicist Art Caplan about this, the "anti-vaxxer" movement's effect on recent measles outbreaks, and how a Georgia state representative is mocking the heartbeat abortion bill with a "testicular bill of rights," which would criminalize vasectomies and require men to get permission from their partners before getting that Viagra prescription filled. Caplan is the Drs. William F and Virginia Connolly Mitty Chair, and director of the Division of Medical Ethics at NYU Langone Medical Center. He’s also the co-host of the Everyday Ethics podcast. News broke Tuesday of an alleged college admissions scam, in which wealthy parents schemed to get their children into elite colleges.
