Valentina Baez

Valentina Baez is a 2024 summer news and politics intern at GBH News. She is an early graduate from Emerson College where she studied journalism and political science. She is also an editorial intern at the nonprofit organization Amplify LatinX and has freelanced stories for publications such as El Planeta and The Lexington Observer. Valentina has reported on topics ranging from immigration to the arts. She is interested in journalism that is interconnected between the arts and politics. In her free time, Valentina likes to soak in the sun, cook and listen to music.
