Susan Heideman
Artist
Susan Heideman taught art at Smith College for more than 30 years, and now concentrates on her art full-time at her studio. She creates unique paintings comprised of multiple materials that are layered and artistically sutured to reveal nature in an especially dynamic, stimulating way. Her focus on “in-between entities” in the oceans that are meant to remind us of our own primordial beginnings.
