Rian Nelson

Rian Nelson is a spring 2025 photojournalism intern at GBH News.

She is a senior at Emerson College, where she studies journalism with minors in photography, history, and hearing and deafness. She is the deputy photo editor for the Berkeley Beacon, Emerson's student-run newspaper. In addition, she is an executive producer on WEBN's Political Pulse, Emerson's broadcast political news show.

When she is not holding a camera, she loves hiking and exploring New England.
