Lydia López

Activist and Medical Case Manager

**Lydia López** is a Scattered Site Stabilization Advocate at Fenway Health. López draws on her own experiences growing up in an El Salvadoran immigrant family in her work with Spanish-speaking immigrant and LGBTQIA communities. She emphasizes the need to dismantle anti-blackness and challenge biases within communities of color. In 2015, she was selected to participate in the New Sector AmeriCorps Residency in Social Enterprise. López has also volunteered and worked with organizations serving Spanish-speaking communities, including La Comunidad, Massachusetts Immigrant and Refugee Advocacy Coalition, and Project citizenship.
