**Dr. Alex Wyglinski** is a full professor of Electrical and Computer Engineering at Worcester Polytechnic Institute, and a worldwide expert on wireless connectivity and vehicular technology. Throughout his extensive academic career, Dr. Wyglinski and his research team have developed new approaches and technologies for enabling our emerging “smart” world to seamlessly connect around and with us, including ground vehicles, satellite systems, 5G/6G communication networks, and the Internet of Things. Dr. Wyglinski’s activities have been extensively supported by both government and industry, including the National Science Foundation, DARPA, Office of Naval Research, Toyota InfoTechnology Center USA, Analog Devices, MITRE Corporation, Raytheon, and MIT Lincoln Laboratory. Dr. Wyglinski is also the president of the IEEE Vehicular Technology Society.
