David Cuthell

David Cameron Cuthell Jr. is the executive director of the Institute of Turkish Studies in Washington, DC. After working on Wall Street, Cuthell returned to Columbia and received his PhD in history in 2005. His research at Columbia focused on the 19th century immigration of Muslims from the Caucasus and the Crimea regions, and their role in transforming late Ottoman Anatolia.
