Catherine Whelan

Multiplatform Producer

Catherine is a radio producer, writer, storyteller, sportsfan, and sometimes poet. She has lived and worked in Northern Ireland, Southern California, and Western Massachusetts, but she is a Boston native. Catherine left a PhD program in anthropology to become a multiplatform radio and podcast producer for WGBH News. She holds a summa cum laude degree from the Commonwealth College, and on to her horses (most of the time).
