The governor joins Boston Public Radio during his final year in office, following his announcement in December that he would not seek reelection. He delivered his final State of the Commonwealth address on Tuesday night, in which he pitched tax breaks for poor and working-class residents before releasing his proposed 2022-2023 state budget on Wednesday.
