We're greeting a new month and the first presidential vote of the 2016 campaign with the Iowa Caucus.
The polls suggest Donald Trump and Hillary Clinton will come out on top, Trump by a fairly wide margin, and Clinton by a narrower one.
Over the weekend, Trump said on CBS that his rival Ted Cruz of Texas is faltering because of concern over his eligibility to run.
Reporter Adam Reilly and Senior Editor Peter Kadzis took to the microphone with WGBH Morning Edition host Bob Seay to analyze the most recent data including a new UMass Lowell/7News tracking poll showing Trump and Sanders with leads of wide margins against their opponents among registered New Hampshire voters.
Tune in tonight to WGBH News at 9pm for all the Iowa Caucus results from NPR.
Also, beginning Thursday and continuing up to Primary Day, February 9, 2016, WGBH will begin our team coverage of reports from New Hampshire.
