Tuesday at the State House, legislative leaders unveiled their plan to shore up the finances of the state's transportation system — a plan considerably less ambitious than the one Gov. Deval Patrick has been promoting for the past few months. WGBH’s Adam Reilly was at the State House and tells Jordan Weinstein that the legislature’s plan would raise only about 1/4 of the revenue Patrick would like for state transportation and education.
