As vaccination rates increase and restrictions roll back, many people are getting more comfortable traveling again. That includes Boston Globe travel writer Christopher Muther, who joined Jim Braude to talk about the experience of getting back on the travel circuit again. Muther recenetly traveled to South Caicos. “I went there specifically because there’s really no tourism there whatsoever,” he said, noting that travel felt mostly normal. “Everything that you remember about flying is still there.”
He also talked about how the pandemic has impacted Provincetown, which many residents are hoping experiences a “re-queerification” after an unusual year of tourism.
