Every Democrat in the House, along with 10 Republicans, voted Wednesday to impeach President Trump for a historic second time — charging him with “incitement of insurrection” after last week’s deadly attack on the U.S. Capitol. For some in Congress, the historic vote also marked their first speech on the House floor after being sworn in just ten days prior. Democratic Massachusetts Rep.
