House Democrats released a trove of new information Tuesday night that further implicated Rudy Giuliani and the White House in the Ukrainian scandal that precipitated the impeachment of President Trump.
The revelation came the night before the U.S. House of Representatives voted on the articles of impeachment and sent them to the Senate to begin the trial of President Donald J. Trump.
