Amidst all of the pain and heartbreak of the pandemic, there have also been many examples of people stepping up in big ways to take care of each other. In Cambridge, Tracy Chang has done just that as chef and owner of the restaurant Pagu and co-founder of two non-profits: Off Their Plate, which employs out-of-work cooks to make meals for frontline health care workers, and Project Restore Us, which delivers groceries to people in need and pays restaurant workers to pack the boxes.
