Following a recent uptick in the percent of people testing positive for COVID-19 in Massachusetts, some infectious disease experts have expressed concern about a more robust return of coronavirus in the state. Meanwhile, Gov. Charlie Baker moved ahead Tuesday with the state’s reopening plan, announcing that some types of businesses may now reopen in low-risk neighborhoods.
