Gov. Charlie Baker is set to pick his sixth nomination to the state's seven person Supreme Judicial Court, Boston Globe business columnist Shirley Leung told Boston Public Radio on Friday. During the conversation, Leung noted that the mandatory retirement age of 70 means that two-term governors often have a chance to "actually remake the courts."
