Jim Aloisi joined Boston Public Radio on Tuesday to discuss what he characterized as a missed opportunity in the state legislature to reassess transportation policy amid the COVID-19 pandemic, including raising the gas tax.
"Raising the gas tax at a time when the gas tax is at historic lows, is not bold," said Aloisi.
Aloisi is a former transportation secretary, a member of the Transit Matters board, and contributor to Commonwealth Magazine.
