The pandemic has impacted every aspect of the world around us.

We spoke with Vicki Gray, project manager at New Chapter Home Improvement, a woman-owned small business in Cambridge. They shut down completely from mid-March to May, which Gray said was right during their busy season.

Then we caught up with Jay Bernten, president and CEO of Vista Travels Inc, a nearly four decade-old travel agency, also in Cambridge. The travel industry has been decimated by the pandemic with no real end in sight.
