Boston's Logan Airport has opened a "Ride App" space for ride-share pick-ups and drop-offs in an effort to reduce curbside congestion. Boston Globe travel writer Christopher Muther joined Boston Public Radio Friday to discuss the new strategy, which he thinks is effective.
"People are complaining because any change tends to set people off, but in this case, the pickup part is better, because normally people would have to walk outside in all sorts of weather," he said.
