A second woman has accused New England Patriots player Antonio Brown of sexual misconduct, in addition to several other crimes, according to a Sports Illustrated report published Monday. The week before Brown played his first game with the Patriots, Brown was accused of raping a former classmate of his at Central Michigan University who went on to become his trainer.

Brown has denied the allegations through his lawyer. When asked to weigh in on the news, both Coach Bill Belichick and quarterback Tom Brady refused to answer questions.

NBC Sports Boston reporter Trenni Kusnierek said that the allegations against Brown are troubling, and that even before the controversy, Brown was not a commendable player.

“Antonio Brown is garbage. He is a garbage human being. There is no disputing that,” Kusnierek said during an interview with Boston Public Radio on Tuesday.

The Patriots have not commented on the second allegation of misconduct against Brown.
