Winter Storm Quinn was the second nor'easter to hit the East Coast in a week. Communities across the region were in the process of recovering from Winter Storm Riley when Quinn passed through, leaving many homes vulnerable and authorities scrambling to keep the power on and the roads clear. Around noon, almost 359,000 Massachusetts residents were without power, according to the Massachusetts Emergency Management Agency. Here's a look at some of the scenes around Boston and beyond.
