Harvard University says that starting in the fall of 2017, incoming freshman who join traditionally all-male Final Clubs, like the Porcellian, can no longer lead the school's sports teams or student organizations. But the policy will also apply to Harvard's several female-only Final Clubs, as well as fraternities and sororities. Members of the groups are pushing back against the policy, with some even threatening legal action. WGBH All Things Considered host Barbara Howard spoke with Northeastern University law professor and WGBH legal analyst Daniel Medwed about the issue.
