The White House announced Thursday that as of Friday, U.S. citizens can largely travel to Cuba for a dozen reasons without having to get a license, following the dramatic December announcement that the U.S. and Cuba were working toward easing trade and travel embargos dating back to the 1960s. The move has many wide-ranging implications, including in the arts.
