An AirAsia plane with 162 people on board is missing. Air traffic controllers lost contact with the crew on Sunday about 40 minutes after takeoff from Surabaya, Indonesia, en route to Singapore. A second day of searching yielded no clues as to the fate or location of the aircraft. But officials are not giving anxious family members false hope, telling them the plane is likely at the bottom of the ocean.
