BPD Commissioner William Evans On ACLU Policing Report: 'I Don't Think We're Perfect'

Boston Police Commissioner William Evans was back in Studio Three for his monthly "Ask the Commissioner" segment. Evans talked about a guilty verdict in the trial of Robel Phillipos, an ACLU report about Boston policing, a Boston Police puppy photo that went viral, and Evans' recent star turn on Top Chef Boston.
