New Boston mayor Marty Walsh vowed to bring diversity to his office in City Hall, and during his first week he named quite a few top picks for his administration. One new(ish) position in his administration is the Office of New Bostonians. Callie Crossley took some time to speak with the newly named director, Alejandra St. Guillen, about her new position leading what Walsh called a previously "underutilized" office.
