As we all saw for ourselves Friday night – Watertown residents were greatly relieved and in a celebratory mood after the capture of the second suspect sometime around 7:30. Today – that relief is still evident but people are more reflective about a town-wide lockdown that had people hiding in their own homes. Adam Reilly has more.
