Massachusetts moved ahead with its phased reopening plan Monday, including the opening of indoor performance venues at 50% capacity and removing capacity limits on restaurants as long as distancing and time limits are still in effect. Two mayors with very different responses to the move — Bob Hedlund of Weymouth and Joe Curtatone of Somerville — joined Jim Braude to discuss. Curtatone also discussed his announcement Monday that he will not run for reelection this fall, after 18 years in office.
