Entrepreneur Andrew Barnes argued on Greater Boston Tuesday that companies should switch to a four-day work week — while still paying employees their full-time salary.

He said the switch would be beneficial not only for employees’ health and well-being, but also for employers’ bottom lines.

He joined Jim Braude to share the case he makes in his new book, "The 4 Day Week: How The Flexible Work Revolution Can Increase Productivity, Profitability, And Well-Being — And Create A Sustainable Future."
