The Boston Symphony Orchestra announced this week the extension of music director Andris Nelsons' contract through the 2024-2025 season. Nelsons joined Jim Braude to discuss, along with BSO President and CEO Mark Volpe, who has announced his upcoming retirement in early 2021, after 23 years in the role.
