Bill Cosby was found guilty today on all three counts of indecent assault on Andrea Constand, a former Temple University women’s basketball administrator. Cosby, now 80 years old, could face up to 30 years in prison for the crimes.

In the Trump White House — Dr. Ronny Jackson withdrew his nomination for Veterans Affairs Secretary after Democratic members of the Senate Veterans Affairs Committee released a report detailing allegations of workplace misconduct including, instances of alcohol abuse and over-prescription. Were Jackson’s rights to a fair trial violated, given that he didn’t have a forum in which he could defend himself?
