Waltham resident Jennifer Martel was killed last week, allegedly murdered by the son of Red Sox announcer Jerry Remy. Jared Remy was released earlier in the week after an alleged domestic violence incident involving Martel. Should the Middlesex District Attorney have been more sensitive to the situation?
