Sean Tyrrell was a singular presence in Irish music. Impossible to categorize, his relationship to the area known as The Burren in Co. Clare often informed his art. A few days after his passing, on October 30th, I spoke with the veteran producer PJ Curtis who worked with Sean in shaping his distinctive sound; And with fellow Galway man and singer, Sean Keane.
