Brooklyn-based (with Boston roots) indie rock/dance band/mega-party traveling force-of-nature Rubblebucket stormed The Paradise on November 9. 2014. This was their last show of the tour and boy did they go out with a huge confetti bouncing ball crowd-surfing bang. Kal Travers (vocals, saxophone, flute) and Alex Toth (trumpet, songwriter, band leader) sat down with us before the show to talk about everything from creating their music videos, to Kal’s surviving cancer, to writing their latest album Survival Sounds. Here are some of our favorite images from an unforgettable night.
