Emily Rooney, host of WGBH News' Beat The Press, joined Boston Public Radio Friday for her weekly segment and to give us her famous list of fixations and fulminations.
The Massachusetts House voted in favor of banning handheld cellphone use while driving Wednesday. In honor of the vote and for the sake of full transparency, Rooney's list this week was dedicated to all the dangerous things she has done while driving, including: crossword puzzles, google searches, bank deposits, emails, applying mascara, eating with a knife and fork, and completely changing her clothes.
"There are some things I've done that they may want to pull me over for," she said.
