How to Access GBH Passport on TVs and Smart Devices

GBH Passport is available for streaming using the PBS Video app on several streaming and smart devices such as iPads, Roku, Apple TV, Google Chromecast, Amazon Fire Stick, Android Smart TV, Samsung Smart TV.

In order to access GBH Passport on your device, you will need to either download the PBS Video app from your device's app store, or deactivate and reactivate the PBS Video app (if previously installed) and log in with the email address associated with your GBH Passport account.

The process of deactivating and reactivating is the equivalent of 'logging out' of your account on your device. If you or a member of your household has previously logged into the PBS Video app using a different email account than the one associated with your GBH Passport account, the steps below can also be used.

1. Open the PBS Video app on your streaming device, and choose settings

2. Click deactivate

3. Go back to settings, and click activate

4. Follow the onscreen instructions for linking your device to your PBS account associated with your GBH Passport access

5. Enjoy the available streaming content on the PBS Video app
