You will receive a letter in the mail about a month before your membership is up reminding you to renew. The date can also be found on the mailing label of your EXPLORE GBH member magazine. At this time we do not have a member portal. You can contact Audience & Member Services for more information about your membership renewal date.

To update the payment method on your sustaining donation, visit our update page here or call us at our toll-free, 24-hour hotline at 866-721-4234.

Choosing the EFT option can help to lower GBH's processing costs and reduce the risk of future payment failures through a direct deduction from your checking or savings account.

At this time we do not have a member self service portal set up for managing your donations. For membership and donation inquiries, please contact Audience & Member Services.

We use contact information such as name, address, email, and phone number to line up your donations with your existing member account. Any questions about your donation, please feel free to contact Audience & Member Services.

Our renewal notices are prepared in advance, so sometimes there may be a cross in the mail from when we receive your renewal donation, and from when we have sent out the mailer. We apologize for the confusion. You can check your membership renewal date on the mailing label of EXPLORE GBH or contact Audience & Member Services for more information.

We understand that sometimes our loyal supporters have to cancel their contributions. At this time, we do not have a self service portal to manage donations. Please contact Audience & Member Services to request your donation cancelation.

If you just want to put a temporary pause on your donations and still retain membership benefits, we'd be happy to help. Please contact Audience & Member Services for assistance in pausing your donation.
