Los Angeles-based The Wild Reeds perform four new songs from their 2019 release Cheers, in WGBH’s Fraser Performance Studio. Formed in 2010 by Sharon Silva, Kinsey Lee and Mackenzie Howe, The Wild Reeds blend together rich three-part harmonies, indie folk, and rock. Following a pair of self-produced folk-oriented releases, the three songwriters paired up with bassist Nick Phakpiseth and drummer Nick Jones expanding their sound.
