OutPost Colors Poetry In America

OutPost at GBH is well into finishing on Season 3 of POETRY IN AMERICA. The production met new challenges during the pandemic of Covid-19. Interviews moved to more exterior locations to enable social distancing, but that created inconsistent lighting conditions with clouds often obscuring the sun. Outpost Colorist David Bigelow used Davinci Resolve’s split screen functionality to gauge the color grading of each shot to match more closely with these changing conditions.
