To provide high-quality, research-based environmental audio descriptions, NCAM partners with GBH’s Media Access Group (MAG). MAG comprises both caption and audio description units (formerly the “Caption Center” and “Descriptive Video Service.”) MAG’s experience and quality in providing captions and descriptions are unrivaled, and extends back to the dawn of both accessibility solutions, as GBH invented captions and descriptions for broadcast television.
NCAM also provides expert accessibility consulting including site visits, research, and unique delivery options.
