Community Canvas is an initiative presented by The Culture Show where GBH features artwork from community members on our Digital Mural.
Today’s mural is a brush and ink illustration of a street in Back Bay, Boston by Eli Portman. The Hancock Tower rests in the background. He paints Boston scenes in a non-traditional ink style.
Portman is an alum of the State University of New York at Binghamton with a Bachelors Degree in studio art. He is a member of the Copley Society of Art.
