Community Canvas is an initiative presented by The Culture Show where GBH features artwork from community members on our Digital Mural.
Today’s mural features a holiday card design by Emma Tavolieri. The piece is a collage that uses only recycled magazines.
“I wanted to create a holiday card for friends that relates to the magic of Boston around the holidays,” Tavolieri says.
Tavolieri is an artist in the Boston area specializing in collage. Using clippings from recycled magazines, she creates portraits of people, landscapes, buildings, and more.
