Maj. Gen. William J. Liquori, Jr. is the Director of Strategic Requirements, Architectures and Analysis, Headquarters United States Space Force, Peterson Air Force Base, Colorado. He is responsible for developing strategy, doctrine and policy for the command’s space operations, defining the future of space systems through requirements definition, mission area architectures, analysis, science and technology development and insertion in support of the joint warfighter, Department of Defense, civil and national users. He also manages the command’s international relations and foreign disclosure programs. Mission areas include missile warning and defense, military satellite communications, positioning navigation and timing, space control, and space protection. Maj. Gen. Liquori entered the Air Force in 1991 as a distinguished graduate of the Air Force ROTC program at Boston University. His career has included numerous operations and staff positions in Air Force Space Command, the National Reconnaissance Office, the Air Force Secretariat, U.S. European Command and the Office of the Secretary of Defense. Maj. Gen. Liquori has commanded a space operations squadron and the 50th Space Wing. He is a graduate and former instructor of the U.S. Air Force Weapons School. His operational experiences include operations Southern Watch and Enduring Freedom. Prior to his current assignment, Maj. Gen. Liquori served as the Director, Space Policy, National Security Council, Executive Office of the President.

Lt. Gen. Jack Weinstein is Deputy Chief of Staff for Strategic Deterrence and Nuclear Integration, Headquarters U. S. Air Force, Arlington, Va. General Weinstein is responsible to the Secretary and Chief of Staff of the Air Force for focus on Nuclear Deterrence Operations. He provides direction, guidance, integration and advocacy regarding the nuclear deterrence mission of the U.S. Air Force and engages with joint and interagency partners for nuclear enterprise solutions. General Weinstein was commissioned through the ROTC program in 1982 and received distinguished graduate honors. He has served as a Minuteman III missile combat crew commander, instructor, evaluator, flight commander, emergency war order instructor and as executive officer to the Commander, Twentieth Air Force. He also served on the Headquarters Air Combat Command, Air Force Space Command and U.S. Strategic Command staffs. He has commanded at the squadron, group, wing, and numbered Air Force levels. In 2005, he deployed to Southwest Asia as Director of Space Forces for operations Enduring Freedom and Iraqi Freedom. General Weinstein has also served as the Director of Programs, Office of the Deputy Chief of Staff for Strategic Plans and Programs, Headquarters U.S. Air Force, as the Director of Air, Space and Cyberspace operations, Headquarters Air Force Space Command, and as the Vice Commander, Air Force Global Strike Command, Barksdale AFB, Louisiana. Before his current assignment, he was Commander, Twentieth Air Force, Air Force Global Strike Command, and Commander, Task Force 214, USSTRATCOM, Francis E. Warren Air Force Base, Wyoming.
