**Wendy B. Jacobs**, Esq. is the Emmett Clinical Professor of Environmental Law and Director of the Harvard Law School Emmett Environmental Law & Policy Clinic. She is on the Faculty of Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health’s Center for Health and the Global Environment. She is a Special Advisor to the HLS Dean on Learning and Practice; a member of the American College of Environmental Lawyers; and she is on the board of the Clean Air Task Force.
