John Chandler, his spouse Beth Tanis, and his colleagues at the Sutherland, Asbill & Brennan law firm represent seven men from Yemen who have been detained by the US government at Guantánamo, some for five years now. The Sutherland group has visited Guantánamo a dozen times, has traveled to Yemen to meet the families of these men and has filed habeas petitions in the US district court for the District of Columbia. During this luncheon presentation, Chandler talks about one such case. He is recognized in the *International Who's Who for Lawyers*, a Top 100 super lawyer by *Atlanta Magazine* and has been named to *Georgia Trend Magazine's* Legal Elite since its inception.
