Glenn Gainor runs Screen Gems, a motion picture label under the Sony banner. He has been involved with multiple number one movies in America such as _The Perfect Guy, No Good Deed, Think Like A Man, Friends With Benefits,_ and _Obsessed_. Since joining Screen Gems in 2007, Gainor has overseen the production of all Screen Gems films, and often times has served as executive producer and unit production manager on pictures such as 2015’s _The Wedding Ringer_, which held as America’s number one comedy for three weeks. Gainor’s innovative production style extends to his emphasis on eco-friendly movie shoots. He executive produced the romantic comedy _Think Like A Man_, which was the first feature to be shot exclusively with LED lights. The Environmental Media Association has recognized Gainor’s efforts and awarded Screen Gems with the Green Seal for implementing sustainable production practices and raising environmental awareness.

Gainor has spoken at The Hollywood Post Alliance Retreat, Cine Gear Expo and multiple appearances at NAB speaking on behalf of Sony about 3D and 4K. He executive produced Nicolas Cage’s directorial debut Sonny, and served as line producer on the critically acclaimed Panic, directed by Henry Bromell.
