**Abby Goldenfarb** is the vice president for development at Trinity Financial, a leading affordable housing developer in Boston. One of her most recent projects was Boston East, a waterfront development project with 200 units.
**Sara Myerson** is the Director of Planning at the BPDA. She previously worked for the City of Boston as the Executive Director of Imagine Boston 2030 and the Executive Director of the Office of Olympic Planning. Sara also served as the Chief of Staff and Director of Policy at Preservation of Affordable Housing (POAH) in Boston, a nonprofit developer dedicated to preserving, creating and restoring affordable homes for low- and moderate-income households.
